Cost Management

Cost Management is a starting point and an integral part of the Project Management Office.
We provide the necessary support for fixing the project’s budget. Preparation of cost estimations for construction works on consecutive design stages allows full control of costs from the very moment the development concept was conceived. When organizing tenders for contractors, we support the investor by preparing all necessary documents, which shortens the tender procedures and attracts competitive tender bids. We advise on technical issues when preparing contract T&Cs and we participate in tender negotiations until the contract is signed.

As part of Cost Management, we point out to the investor potential benefits and risks concerning the project. We analyse changes proposed to the design, verify their legitimacy and estimate potential claims. Additionally, we analyse and issue interim payment certificates.

● Realistic cost estimations during the design process;

● Diligent preparation of tender documentation;

● Continuous monitoring of agreed budget;

● Predicting and mitigation cost risks;
