V.Offices is a modern office building located in the centre of Krakow. The building consists of 6 above-ground floors and 2 below-ground levels. The V-shape of the structure formed a green inner patio. It is worth mentioning, that the building won BREEAM Award twice – in 2018 and 2022.

Scope of services
Jarosław Jurkowski, board member and co-founder of G2J Consulting, acted as the Project Manager of the development.

Challenges
- Participation in preparation of the design documentation which complied with the functional criteria, the expected expenditure levels and the requirements of the BREEAM Outstanding level.
- Managing the project to minimize cost, time and quality risks.

Achievements
- Participation in the project from the very beginning allowed us to aid the designers in developing an original design that guaranteed meeting the budget and receiving the BREEAM certification.
