V.Offices is a modern office building located in the centre of Krakow. The building consists of 6 above-ground floors and 2 below-ground levels. The V-shape of the structure formed a green inner patio. It is worth mentioning, that the building won BREEAM Award twice – in 2018 and 2022.

01 Scope of services

Jarosław Jurkowski, board member and co-founder of G2J Consulting, acted as the Project Manager of the development.

02 Challenges

Participation in preparation of the design documentation which complied with the functional criteria, the expected expenditure levels and the requirements of the BREEAM Outstanding level.
Managing the project to minimize cost, time and quality risks.

03 Achievements

Participation in the project from the very beginning allowed us to aid the designers in developing an original design that guaranteed meeting the budget and receiving the BREEAM certification.
