Renovation and Modernisation Works Completed at Cardiology Ward in Mielec

The end of the year is always a period of intense work. And so it was in Mielec where, after 102 days, a complex renovation and modernisation of the Cardiology Ward was completed at a hospital managed by the American Heart of Poland. As the result, at the end of the year 2022 and in accordance with the project schedule, patients received a modern clinic. It is worth mentioning that the clinic includes a cath lab and a department of intense cardiological care, while all patient rooms are equipped with their own bathrooms.

The role of our company involved project management, cost management and site supervision. “The Mielec project required choosing a suitable strategy whose priority was the punctuality of completing the renovation works. The adopted timetable didn’t leave a huge margin for delays – both during the planning stage of the investment, the design stage and the construction stage,” – says Szczepan Kruk, Project Manager. Janowiec Group was selected as the general contractor for the investment.

“The reorganisation of the ward has moved all treatment procedures for cardiological patients to a single floor, which will significantly improve the patients’ comfort,” – said Paweł Kaźmierczak, Board Member and Medical Director of the American Heart of Poland Group.
