G2J Consulting Participated in Hotel Investment Trends Poland & CEE 2023 Conference

Our representation visited Warsaw to participate in the Hotel Investment Trends Poland & CEE
2023 Conference, which is the biggest forum in our region devoted to investments in hotel industry
and is organised by the publisher of the Hotelarz monthly magazine.
Once again, the event became an integrating platform bringing together all key players of the hotel
industry in Poland and Central Europe. Jarosław Jurkowski was invited to speak at a panel on cost
optimization of hotel investments, where he could share his 25 years of experience in planning and
managing this type of construction investments.
“The market often incorrectly perceives cost optimization as simple cutting down on expenditures.

It is a faulty assumption. Optimization is, first of all, an attempt to receive the best possible product
for the same amount of money,” – said the G2J Consulting representative during the panel led by
Wojciech Witek.
