The construction of the Radisson Red and Radisson Serviced Apartments buildings has started – it includes further facilities within the multi-functional UNITY CENTER complex in Krakow. We are pleased to announce that our company provides cost management and multi-discipline site supervision services for both projects.

As part of our cooperation with the Investor, we took part in tender procedures for the selection of the general contractor – and the RE-Bau company was selected for both projects. At the implementation stage, we constantly verify and provide opinions on monthly settlements of completed works presented by the General Contractor, as well as cost estimations of additional works and proposed alternative solutions. At the same time, our site supervision inspectors verify design solutions, monitor construction progress, assess the correctness of the performed works and ensure their compliance with the contract, design documentation and legal regulations.

It is worth adding that the interiors of the Radisson Red hotel were designed in a modern and elegant style that characterizes this hotel chain. The interior designs are also full of unique details that refer to local culture and art. The hotel will provide guests with a total of 229 rooms, 6 multifunctional conference rooms, a restaurant and a gym. The central point will be the lobby with an internal atrium that reaches up to the top floor of the building.

Our teams are also involved in general construction and finishing works on other facilities comprising the UNITY CENTER complex.
