The four-star Hyatt Place hotel is in Krakow, in close proximity to Błonia and the Henryk Reyman Municipal Stadium.

It offers 216 spacious rooms, along with conference spaces, a relaxation zone with a fitness area, and the Zoom restaurant, as well as the Lobby Bar with Show Kitchen elements and a self-service Market, at the disposal of its guests. The building is equipped with advanced security systems, and a fully controllable illumination installed on the facade.

01 Scope of services

Our team of twelve engineers has been engaged in this project, providing comprehensive services including Construction and Cost Management, Site Supervision, Technical Advisory and organisation of a number of subcontractor tenders.

02 Challenges

Construction management focused on mitigation of financial, schedule, and quality risks;
Organization of tenders to select thirty construction companies;
High groundwater levels (water table about 1.2 m below ground level), which necessitated proper protection of the excavation.
