This warehouse plant is located in Balice near Krakow. Due to its advanced technology, the plant is adequately equipped for production and customised decoration of polyethylene tubes. photovoltaic panels or charging stations for electric vehicles. These technologies allow the plant to lower its carbon footprint.

01 Scope of services

We have provided the Investor with Project and Cost Management services together with Site Supervision. We have also organised the tender for the general contractor.

02 Challenges

Preparation and adaptation of the plant to changing technical requirements of the production.

03 Achievements

Meeting the established project budget despite significant increase of materials and labour costs;
Meeting the deadlines set in the construction schedule despite changes introduced to the design.
