The iconic Unity Centre complex, located in the very heart of Krakow, is best known for the famous, high-rise building nicknamed “The Skeletor” by local residents.
The development was granted the LEED GOLD Certificate.

Scope of services
At the current project stage, our team performs Cost Management and Site Supervision services. Earlier, we acted as the external consultant monitoring the project.

Challenges
- Construction during the COVID-19 pandemic;
- Correlating standards expected by tenants with local regulations;
- High volatility of material and construction labour prices.

- Ensuring continuous safety of the buildings during construction works;
- Meeting the expected budget and standards despite high fluctuations in prices.
