Unity Centre is a multifunctional business centre consisting of five buildings, located near Rondo Mogilskie in Krakow. The central point of the complex is the famous Unity Tower, known for years as “The Skeleton”  (in Polish: “Szkieletor”).

It is a 28-story building measuring 102.5 meters in height, which makes it one of the tallest office buildings in the capital of Lesser Poland. Adjacent to the iconic tower are two lower office buildings: Unity Square One and Unity Square Two, as well as a luxurious apartment building and a four-star Radisson RED hotel.

Scope of services

At the current project stage, our team performs Cost Management and Site Supervision services. Earlier, we acted as the external consultant monitoring the project.

Challenges

  • Implementation during the COVID-19 pandemic;
  • The need to coordinate tenant standards and requirements with local regulations;
  • Unstable prices of materials and construction works.

  • Ensuring continuous safety of the facilities while conducting the works;
  • Maintaining the expected budget and standards despite highly dynamic prices;
  • Proper risk analysis and effective countermeasures.
