At the end of last week, representatives of our company took part in an official opening of the
Amvet Veterinarian Clinic, located at 1 Jasnogórska Street, Krakow.

The Amvet Clinic has the surface of 720 m2, providing ample space for specialised veterinarian
procedures, including: consultations in cardiology, haematology, gastroenterology, ophthalmology,
dentistry, dermatology, and other. The Clinic has two operating theatres, a laboratory and modern
imaging diagnostic equipment.

We are glad to inform you that the G2J Consulting team provided the investment support during
the whole investment process, including: project management, cost management and complex
investment supervision.

“Projecting and execution of the modern multi-speciality Amvet Veterinarian Clinic posed many
challenges. One of them was meeting several standards and requirements specific for a Cat
Friendly Clinic that were outlined by the International Association of Feline Medicine,” –
commented Aleksandra Dębska, who managed the project on behalf of our Company.

It is worth adding that the opening of the Clinic was accompanied by the launch of an educational
campaign on prevention of cardiological diseases in dogs and cats. The initiative was patronized by
the Krakow Society for Animal Care and the Love Krakow website.

Our representation visited Warsaw to participate in the Hotel Investment Trends Poland & CEE
2023 Conference, which is the biggest forum in our region devoted to investments in hotel industry
and is organised by the publisher of the Hotelarz monthly magazine.
Once again, the event became an integrating platform bringing together all key players of the hotel
industry in Poland and Central Europe. Jarosław Jurkowski was invited to speak at a panel on cost
optimization of hotel investments, where he could share his 25 years of experience in planning and
managing this type of construction investments.
“The market often incorrectly perceives cost optimization as simple cutting down on expenditures.

It is a faulty assumption. Optimization is, first of all, an attempt to receive the best possible product
for the same amount of money,” – said the G2J Consulting representative during the panel led by
Wojciech Witek.

We would like to thank the event organisers for the invitation and the other participants for
sharing a massive dose of knowledge.

Yesterday, Jarosław Jurkowski and Konrad Majewski (both KPMIW) together with Bartosz Dendura
(Studio 4 Space) led a workshop on 3D multidisciplinary models which facilitate the whole cycle of
construction projecting – from an architectural concept of the project to exploitation of the
finished building.

Basing on a specific case, the trainers demonstrated how the BIM technology may provide security
against various risks, including project, development and legal hazards, and why it is worth
investing in 3D models when planning a construction investment. We would like to express our
gratitude to the speakers, participants of the panel and the organiser, BIM Klaster, for the
invitation.
